Service Description
A one hour yoga class tailored to your specific needs. We'll schedule a brief consult via phone or email (your choice) to discuss the topics of focus for our session. I'll take this time to learn about any mobility concerns or limitations as well as learn about your goals for our session and your practice. When you come to practice at my home studio, I'll provide you with a printout of the custom yoga practice created with you in mind, and we'll flow through the practice together.
